How long does it take to be approved?
Most applications are processed within minutes, and many customers receive same-day approval. In rare cases where more information is needed, a financing advisor will follow up to help complete the process quickly.
I Don't Know What My Credit Health Is - Can I Still Apply?
Yes. You can still apply even if you’re unsure about your credit. Our financing partners review each application individually and work to match you with the best available plan. Many of our customers apply without knowing their exact credit score, and our team is here to guide you through the process.
How long are the payment terms?
Payment plans typically range from 12 to 60 months, depending on your preference. Longer terms mean lower monthly payments.

How do I place an order with Eclipse EV?
You can place an order directly on our website by selecting the product you wish to purchase, adding it to your cart, and completing the checkout process. Additionally, you can place an order through one of our authorized local dealers in Ontario or elsewhere in Canada. Providing accurate contact and shipping information ensures smooth processing and delivery.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
You may request to modify or cancel your order by contacting us as soon as possible at contact@eclipseev.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed or shipped, whether purchased online or through a local dealer.
Will I receive confirmation after placing my order?
Yes. After your order is successfully placed online or through a local dealer, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase. This email serves as proof of purchase and includes your order number for reference.
What payment methods are accepted?
Eclipse EV accepts Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, and financing through our financing portal. When ordering through a local dealer, payment options may vary depending on the dealer’s policies. All payments are processed securely, and confirmation is provided once the transaction is completed.
Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
In-stock products typically ship within three to ten business days. Pre-order items have estimated shipping dates, but delivery times may vary based on availability, manufacturing lead times, and your location within Canada, including northern Ontario or remote regions.
Can I return my vehicle if I change my mind?
Returns are only accepted within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and stored indoors to protect the battery. You must provide proof of purchase and evidence that the item was stored properly. Items outside this timeframe or showing signs of use or outdoor storage are not eligible for return.
How do I track my shipment?
After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from the carrier with tracking information. You can also track your shipment through your order page. Please note that all deliveries require an adult signature upon receipt.
What should I do if my order is damaged during shipping?
You should inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. Eclipse EV is not responsible for damage or theft that occurs during transit. If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact the carrier directly and notify us at contact@eclipseev.com so that we can assist you.
